Beacon repeater 146.97/146.37 PL100.0 for directions QSY Society is inviting all persons and license classes interested in VHF/UHF, HF, CW, SSB, digital modes, digital voice modes to join us at the park behind the library. We especially encourage new Technician licensees to come out and learn about portable operation and the many modes amateur radio has to offer. We will be setting up and operating HF SSB, CW and digital stations and antennas. For UHF and VHF activity we will be demonstrating the use of commercial and homebrewed Yagi antennas. FM repeater operation will be discussed. There will also be DMR (Digital Mobile Radio) demonstrations and explanations. Feel free to bring your radios and antennas you'd like to use or have questions about. So mark your calendars for Sunday October 2 from 10 am to 2 pm and join us at the East Fishkill Recreation Park in Hopewell Junction.
